Accessories have always been my thing. I've learned an outfit is only as good as the supporting elements you provide with the look. I love great bags, jewelry, and I've even gone as far as making a whole business out of it. I have an accessories line called Luv Aj, which specializes in handmade jewelry and silkscreened totes. But there's no necklace or bracelet or purse that makes me as happy as my shoes do. Shoes have always been a great love of mine, and in the most recent years, I've put alot of time and effort into building up my shoe closet. Every birthday wishlist, christmas wishlist, and paycheck is dedicated to shoes. It's unexplainable really, but there's nothing better than a bad ass pair of kicks. Ankle booties to studded heels, Gucci to Forever 21, tall to really really freaking tall, it doesn't matter, I love it.

With that being said, I decided to create a tribute to my little collection (that is slowly but surely growing with every birthday or holiday). Will Work For Shoes is a gratuitous site showcasing my favorite shoes and the tales behind them all. Believe me, I didn't go out and buy them all in one day. Each pair has made their way into my closet through crazy hunting at clearance sales, Ebay adventures, and a few unexpected birthday surprises here and there. Each one is totally amazing in it's own right and holds special place in my heart, and my closet.
