PIERRE HARDY COPPER AND NUDE PYTHON LACE-UPS

I stumbled upon these shoes in black leather while browsing the Main Floor Shoes at Barneys online. I was on the hunt for shoes for my Fall Lookbook photoshoot and I fell in love with their architectural detailing and that insane heel! It wasn't until I actually went to Barneys that I discovered that these shoes come in copper and nude python skin. Are you kidding me? I mean, the shoe alone was so amazing, but in copper and nude?? That color combination! Those textures! Done deal. I immediately pulled the shoes for the photoshoot, and just stared at them for the next few days as they sat in my living room, knowing that they had to go back to their home at Barneys in a few days time. My birthday was only a few days later, so I just walked around the house dropping MAJOR hints. I have never seen a pair of shoes like these and just knew that they would be a seriously amazing addition to heavy-on-the-black shoe collection. As the birthday rolled around, the Pierre's made their way into my closet and into my heart. I love these kicks so much, it kind of brings a tear to my eye, their beauty and their painfulness if worn for more than three hours. But they say beauty is pain, right?
